What is Text Banking?

Text banking is a free service which allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text.*

What can you do with Text Banking?

Send a text to the GBT Short Code – 79022 – using the following commands:

• B - Returns balance for all enrolled accounts
• H - Returns the last three transactions for all enrolled accounts
• HE - Returns command references
• S - Disables enrollment for text mobile banking
• C - List of available commands
• L - Mobile web banking URL
• R - Request activation code

Getting Started with GBT Text Banking

• Log into your Online Banking Account
• Go to Administration > Maintain Account > Mobile Banking
• Follow the enrollment steps

To set up text alerts:

• Log into your Online Banking Account
• Go to Administration > Manage Communications > Alerts
• Cick on Alert Preference to select cell phone number
• Set up custom alerts under the Account Alerts or Activity Alerts tab
