Clerical Assistant – GBT Investment Division – Part Time

Bossier City, LA

The job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Provide clerical assistance in the GBT Investment Division on a part time as needed basis. Job duties will Include data entry, filing, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, completing and submitting required paperwork according to regulations and policy.
  • Strong computer skills required, including all Microsoft Office products.
  • Schedule will vary depending on office needs and can be flexible. Potentially 10-15 hours per week.
  • Requires 1 year of administrative experience.

Head Teller/Customer Service Representative/Operations Assistant

Gibsland, LA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform a variety of paying and receiving functions for our deposit and loan customers, including but not limited to: customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.
  • Assist with CSR responsibilities, including but not limited to answering telephone and directing calls, answering customer questions, opening new accounts, helping customers with safe deposit box entry, assist loan officers with paperwork, packaging loans, closing loans, etc.
  • Assist with bank wide operations support including reconciling Internal accounts, assist customers with online banking issues, key loans, process credit card payments and order new credit cards, paid out loans, process returned mail, escrow processing, and assist with debit card issues
  • Consistent and reliable presence at work is required.
  • Requires 2 years of customer service experience. Prior teller or other banking experience preferred.


Customer Service Representative/Teller

Homer, LA

  • Perform a variety of paying and receiving functions for our deposit and loan customers, including but not limited to: customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.
  • Assist with CSR responsibilities, including but not limited to answering telephone and directing calls, answering customer questions, opening new accounts, helping customers with safe deposit box entry, assist loan officers with paperwork, packaging loans, closing loans, etc.
  • Consistent and reliable presence at work is required. Schedule will vary and may include early mornings, late afternoons and Saturdays.
  • Requires 1 year of customer service experience. Prior teller or other banking experience preferred.


Business Development/Private Banking Officer

Bienville/Caddo/Webster

  • The person in this position will develop relationships with new and existing customers primarily in Bienville, Caddo, & Webster Parishes. Caddo and Claiborne Parishes are also in our trade area.
  • Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: calculation of various financial ratios such as debt to income; develop loan presentations for Senior Management approval; ensure loan documentation is complete, accurate, and follows all regulatory and bank regulations & policies; collection of past due accounts; preparation of required monthly reports. Basic commercial underwriting skills are a plus.
  • Prior lending experience is preferred. SBA or Agriculture lending is a plus.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related field or equivalent experience is required
  • Consistent and reliable presence at work is required. Schedule will vary and may include early mornings, late afternoons and some Saturdays
